Independent Health Services offers and extendible one year warranty for gas lines as well as propane lines. Our inspectors use "electronic sniffers" to check all lines from the gas meter/propane tank to the connections at the appliances, fireplaces, grills, etc.

If any leaks are found at the initial inspection, they must be repaired in order for the warranty to go into effect. The repair needs to be made by a licensed plumber. The warranty will be reissued by Independent Health Services upon receipt of confirmation of repair.

Gas utilities must be turned on prior to inspection and warranty.
