Independent Health Services utilizes an Ohio EPA certified laboratory to conduct the potability test (with a verbal result in 24 hours and final results within 48 hours).

We are Registered Sanitarians which allow us to conduct Septic Inspections in Ohio. Our reports comply with FHA and VA guidelines.

The Ohio Department of Agriculture licenses Independent Health Services to do Termite inspections ( wood destroying insect inspections).

Our Gas Line Inspection & Warranties are for natural gas as well as propane. Warranties are for one year from time of purchase and are renewable.

48 Hour Continuous Monitoring Radon Inspections. Our Radon Specialists are licensed by the Ohio Department of Health. Written reports are issued at the conclusion of the test with an hourly average of radon emitted. Most inspections can be scheduled within 48 hours from the time that the order is placed.
